From the first moment I listened to my first rave tape (DJ Kenny Ken, Reincarnation) back in 1992, whilst I was too young to party I fell in love with everything about the rave scene. Inspired by DJs like Carl Cox, Ratty, Slipmatt, Hype, Stu Allen, Ratpack, Kenny Ken I dreamed of becoming a DJ and saved to buy my first set of decks at age 12... an all in one Tornado disco console with belt drive turntables!  Eventually through organising my own events as an early teen and charging friends to DJ at birthday parties I got a set of technics 1200s at age 15... back then I was playing a mixture of jungle and house (as well as commercial chart music at discos which earned me money for equipment and the records I really wanted to play!)

 

Throughout my teens and 20s I partied hard (maybe a little too hard!) As well as promoting events around Oxford. I did take a break from DJing through much of my 30s but once I turned 40 I decided it's time to reignite my passion! I got back to DJing aswell as organising events under the names Freedom, Big Love and also collaborating an event with Hed Kandi. Most recently I have DJ'd at events for WaitWhat in Bristol, Pikes UK Festival, GoodLife in Ibiza, Divino Brighton as well as my own events and livestreams.

 

I play a blend of funky and pumping house with elements of oldskool rave and speed garage for good measure... Anything that will get the party started!

I always bring the energy and I'm buzzing to be joining the Fresh Soundz family.
