Darren Poore has been involved in the dance music scene since 1991 in the early rave and house days playing clubs and warehouses around the South East and in London. He started playing Rave & early Jungle but transitioned into the house and Garage scenes. Not one to be pigeonholed into a genre, to this day you can expect an eclectic mix of tunes in his live sets.

Over the years Darren has played around Europe in some top spots and held a residency at the infamous Camel Club in Puerto Banus along with the Bad Boys Club in Kavos.

Fast forward to present day and you can find Darren playing weekly on Freshsoundz Radio and at some of the biggest clubs in and around London & the South East, as well as running his own club night "Smiley Culture" which has had recent special guests like Brandon Block, Slipmatt, Danny Clockwork, Ellis Moss to name a few.

On Freshsoundz Radio expect Darren to play a mainly hard and darker side of a Tech House set with some surprises and nods to the past thrown in.
